About this website.

Effective 24 September 2026. This page describes the Moment Circuit website and its restricted platform integrations.

How the website works

This website has no forms, visitor accounts, advertising analytics, trackers, cookies, or embedded media. Its own page resources are served directly; external links open only when a visitor chooses to follow them. Hosting and network providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect a request. Their technical logs are subject to their own service arrangements and retention practices.

YouTube integration

Moment Circuit uses YouTube API Services in a restricted internal integration for its authorised YouTube channel. Depending on the specific action authorised, the integration can access channel identity, video identifiers and metadata, visibility and processing status, and channel or video analytics. It can also upload or update channel content when that separate action has been expressly authorised.

The integration uses Google OAuth authorisation and the credentials needed to maintain the access granted by the authorising user. YouTube API data is used to operate and verify the authorised channel workflow. The public website does not provide a Google sign-in or receive YouTube account data from visitors.

Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. An authorising user can review or revoke Moment Circuit's access through Google Account security settings. To request deletion of data associated with an authorisation and held by Moment Circuit, use the contact below. Revoking access or requesting deletion from Moment Circuit does not delete content or data held by YouTube.

TikTok integration

The restricted TikTok integration is intended for an authorised Moment Circuit account; it is not a public sign-in service. If and when TikTok approves and the integration is enabled, it will request only user.info.basic and video.publish, and only with the account holder's consent. The basic profile information may include the account's TikTok identifier (open ID), display name and profile image. The publishing permission allows a video to be posted to that connected TikTok account.

The purpose is to identify the authorised account and carry out a specific video publication requested by its account holder. For that request, Moment Circuit may process the video, caption and publication settings supplied by the account holder, OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the granted access, and the response needed to check the publication request. We do not request or use other TikTok permissions for this integration, sell this data, or use it for advertising.

OAuth consent is required to connect the account. Separately, each publication requires the account holder's specific instruction and final confirmation of the target account and post details before the request is sent to TikTok. When enabled, reasonable safeguards will limit access to authorisation data and its use to these authorised functions.

When enabled, Moment Circuit will keep profile and authorisation data only while needed to maintain the authorised connection and fulfil or verify a requested publication. It will remove that data when it is no longer needed, when access is revoked, or after a deletion request, except for a limited record that must be retained for a legal obligation or to address a security issue. Technical hosting logs may be controlled by hosting or network providers and follow their own retention practices.

You can revoke the app's access using TikTok's account or app-permission controls. To request deletion of TikTok data held by Moment Circuit, use the contact below. TikTok receives the data and video needed to complete a publication and handles them under its Privacy Policy. Revoking access or requesting deletion from Moment Circuit does not remove content already held by TikTok.
