Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing this website or using a Moment Circuit platform integration, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or integration.

The integration uses YouTube API Services. By using the integration, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

If you use a Moment Circuit TikTok integration, you also agree to be bound by the applicable TikTok Terms of Service.

The TikTok integration, if made available, requests only user.info.basic and video.publish, subject to TikTok approval and the account holder's consent.

Website and editorial content

The website is informational. Its editorial content offers perspective on sales, marketing, and business; it does not promise a particular result or replace professional advice. Links to YouTube, Instagram, Google, or other third-party services take you to services governed by their own terms and policies.

Restricted YouTube integration

The YouTube integration is an internal tool for an authorised Moment Circuit channel and is not offered as an open public service. Its actual functions are limited to authorised channel operations: reading channel and video information, reading analytics, uploading content, and updating content or its settings when the relevant action has been expressly authorised.

Access through Google OAuth does not give Moment Circuit a user's Google password. The person authorising a channel must have permission to do so and remains responsible for the instructions and content they provide. Moment Circuit will identify the channel and the intended action before an operation that changes YouTube content or settings.

Restricted TikTok integration

The TikTok integration is a restricted service for an authorised Moment Circuit account, not an open public service. It may be used only if TikTok approves it and the account holder grants access. user.info.basic is used to identify the connected account through its basic profile; video.publish permits direct posting to that account. No other TikTok permissions are requested for this integration.

The person authorising the account must be entitled to control it and remains responsible for each instruction and the content supplied. That person must own the video or have all rights and permissions needed to publish it. The account holder retains ownership; they give Moment Circuit only the limited permission needed to process and send the specifically instructed post to TikTok.

Moment Circuit will not initiate a publication unless the account holder has given a specific instruction for that video and has confirmed the target account and post details. TikTok may process, restrict, reject, delay or remove content under its own rules. Moment Circuit does not promise that a post will succeed, remain available, or be publicly visible.

Acceptable use

You must not use or attempt to use the website or integration to access an account or channel without authorisation, interfere with the service, evade security controls, infringe another person's rights, or violate applicable YouTube, Google, or TikTok terms and policies.

Availability and changes

The website, integration, and third-party services may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. The integration may not be activated, or may be suspended or ended, if approval, access, security, or platform requirements are not met, or if the account holder revokes access. These Terms may be updated when the service or applicable platform requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
